Communications consent (TCPA)

When you ask SaveMyComfort to match you with a local pro, you agree to be contacted about your request. Here is exactly what that means and how to stop it at any time.

1.About this notice

This notice explains the consent you give when you submit a request through SaveMyComfort, a trading name of Renaissance Enterprise Ltd. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3.Consent is not required to buy

Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. You can still arrange home services without it — for example, by contacting a contractor directly.

4.Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply to calls and texts, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies based on your request and the contractor’s follow-up.

5.How to opt out

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text to stop further texts from that sender, or HELP for help.
  • Phone calls: tell the caller you wish to be placed on their do-not-call list.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link, where provided.
  • To withdraw consent for SaveMyComfort communications, email support@savemycomfort.com. Withdrawing consent will not affect communications you have already authorised a contractor to send; contact that contractor directly to opt out of theirs.
